Okay so I had absolutely NOTHING to do for July 4th, which was very disappointing, but our family couldn’t think of anything to do. So whatever. It doesn’t matter. I was pretty satisfied with staying home and doing stuff with LJ. :) I’m slightly addicted to it. Whenever I get a comment, which doesn’t happen too often, I get so excited. Then when I see that somebody uses an icon i made, I get even more excited. It’s just this happy feeling that I get from having somebody like something that I made. It’s a total ego-booster, but I’m not full of myself, okay.
I’m still looking forward to the Twilight movie coming out this December 12th! Whenever I see something new about it on Youtube, I freak out like a little fangirl. I have to admit, I didn’t really like Robert Pattinson as Edward at first, but then after the few things that I saw on Youtube, I was just like “dang, I love his voice and he’s doing a pretty good job.” I must mention that I freakishly love his British accent! It makes me weak in the knees. ;) But I absolutely hate his ridiculously long hair! Ugh, there’s this picture with his hair all crazy, and it looks like a freaken haystack! (No pun intended.) Anyway, bottom line, super excited to see Rob in full action.
Oh yeah, you can’t forget about the 4th book in the series, Breaking Dawn, coming out August 2nd. I do plan on finishing it in two days like all the other books. BELLA AND EDWARD MUST GET MARRIED! >:| Not so much Jacob Black, please. :) I understand that he’s a pretty important character, but I personally don’t like him.
Enough Twilight rant for this post, I went to the mall today with my mom. Oh gosh, we were walking around for 6 hours! First we were at the Commerce outlets, then we went to the Puente Hills mall. Let’s see, we went into almost every store that caught our attention. Hah. I ended up coming home with 2 pair of shorts from Old Navy. $10 each! It was a pretty good deal. :) Then I got a new bag to carry around from Aeropostale. It’s pretty darn cute, but my mom thinks it’s like a hobo bag. Haha, parents. XD Well, now it’s big enough to drag my books around to B&N when I decide to do some summer assignments there again.
Speaking of summer assignments, I still haven’t done anything! :( I need to get started soon. Bio is probably going to take heck of a long time, same with AP Lang, but I think Sparknotes can save me. :D I BELIEVE IN IT!
Okay, end of update. Back to Lj and whatever I decide to do with Photoshop. Oh yeah, last thing: I made a banner to enter in this header contest for a Twilight community, and I’m starting to doubt how well I did. I think I’ll make another one since we can submit two. But seriously, I was so happy when I finished it, but then once I sent the entry link, I was like… I don’t think I like it so much anymore. :( Oh well, I think I’ll just hope people like it enough, but I doubt that too. So many people are way more talented and the people voting probably doesn’t like the way I make things as much. What a n00b.
